Here's a picture of the baby's chubby cheeks -- s/he is also sucking on his/her fingers! This is from an ultrasound yesterday morning. They were checking the baby's weight & level of amniotic fluid. As far as we know everything looked good because we got to go home -- if there would have been a problem, the midwives would have been called. We'll know more details tomorrow morning at our regular prenatal appointment. What we did find out yesterday is that the baby is breech -- so the head, which had been down for 5 weeks, is now up & the feet are down. So I'm going to have to try some interesting tactics to try to get this baby to turn back around. S/he is very active, so it might just happen anyway (I hope).
